Qoffee is a personal coffee-tracking app: you log the coffees you drink, and Qoffee turns that into a taste profile, stats, recommendations, nearby-shop discovery, and a weekly coffee-news digest. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. For apps installed from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms for that install, it controls.
Your coffee logs, notes, and photos are yours. You keep ownership. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you and operate the app for you. Don't upload content that's illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
Jo (your in-app guide) and Brewed Buzz (the news digest) are powered by AI and are for information and enjoyment only. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional, medical, dietary, or financial advice. Any health or nutrition items are summaries of what others have reported — check primary sources and use your own judgment. Fair-use limits apply to AI requests so the service stays available to everyone.
Please don't abuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Qoffee or its systems, and no using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Qoffee is offered on an as-is basis and is actively evolving (including beta releases). We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — we'll post the new date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
You can stop anytime and permanently delete your account and data from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or other users.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qoffee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
